Severiano Ballesteros, the legendary player and golf course designer, created at Royal Óbidos Spa Golf Resort a course at the level of its privileged surroundings, providing a memorable experience for owners and golfers. 

The Royal Óbidos Spa & Golf Resort golf course, which opened to the public in early 2012, received it’s own "royal" treatment by the hands of world golf legend Severiano Ballesteros. Applying his art in the design of golf courses, the famous player created a truly unique field here, honoring the high quality standards of the resort and the MSF TUR.IM 

Designed to blend in subtly with the natural surroundings, taking advantage of the land’s undulation, this field of 6,400 meters attracts golfers of all levels and different nationalities. In Ballesteros’ own words: "my philosophy is to not only have a competition course that is a challenge for professional players, but which can also be enjoyed by any player." 

A well-equipped clubhouse with restaurant, bar, pro shop and Golf Academy, overlooks the golf course. This is a leisure area with a unique location as it enjoys a panoramic view over the golf course and the Atlantic Ocean, where the player can enjoy several dining options, including extended menus or simple snacks, to relax after their game.

Doing justice to the concept of global quality appanage of MSF, the golf of Royal Óbidos Spa Golf Resort offers a unique golf experience from check-in until the 19th Hole.
