Estela Golf Club, is located in Rio Alto, Estela, Póvoa de Varzim.

Estela course is a links course, which is the name given to golf courses at the seaside, built on sandy ground with little vegetation and whose main features are the wind and the need for running shots.

The course was designed by Duarte Sottomayor and it has Bermuda fairways and Penncross greens. The greens are among the fastest in the whole country.

About 400 thousand shrubs and trees have been planted there, predominantly wild fig-trees, willows and oleanders.

The clubhouse is very comfortable and well located, with an area of 1200 square metres, including office, restaurant, pro-shop, games room, cloakrooms with sauna and caddie-master's room.
